The sampling batch is specified as one sample per 20km of power cord products. If the sample has unqualified items after inspection, double the quantity shall be taken, and the unqualified items shall be re-inspected. If the unqualified items are still unqualified, 100% inspection shall be carried out.
Preparation before production
1.1 Define the production tasks and get the insulated wire cores of various specifications.
1.2 Change the pitch according to the requirements of the process card.
1.3 Clear the obstacles around the cable forming machine.
2 Operational Requirements
2.1 The operator must be familiar with the outer diameter and structure size of the insulated wire core of various specifications.
2.2 During operation, the cable must be flat and even, and maintain a certain tension to prevent the wire core from being loose on the cable forming machine, causing confusion and breaking.
2.3 Install 2, 3 or 4 different color reels on the power cord plug of the cable forming machine respectively, and install the reel on the shaft at the reeling position.
2.4 Put the cabling cores together and pass them through the shaft hole of the cabling machine.
2.5 When the cable is formed, it should be checked that the cable pitch is correct before the production can be officially started.
2.6 After the cable is connected to the power cable, the insulation should be stripped off, and the conductor should be cut in half and wrapped tightly. The joint should not be larger than the outer diameter of the cable, and the joint should be marked.
