1. Inspection requirements
[1] Appearance
1. The power cord is white (the total length is 1.80m, and the dimensions and specifications should conform to the regulations selected by our company.
2. The wires must be UL105°C 2×0.75mm2 double-stranded wire, VDE105°C 2×0.75mm2 double-stranded wire or 3C105°C 2×0.5mm2 double-stranded wire. There should be no breakage at the connection between the cable and the plug, and the power cable should be tied as required.
3. The power cord plug is well matched with the lamp socket.
[2] Resistance value
Use a digital multimeter to measure the resistance between the two plugs and the plug should be ≤0.2Ω, and the resistance between the two core copper wires should be ∞.
[3] Insulation performance
Connect the two electrodes of the high-voltage tester to the plastic insulation layer of the wire and the core of the wire respectively, and adjust the high-voltage tester to AC500V voltage [set current 0.5mA], no spark or breakdown occurs.
2. Acceptance rules
The delivery test is randomly selected from the same batch of products and carried out according to the one-time sampling plan in GB2828.
The dimensions marked with * in the drawings on the component inspection standard are the main dimensions, and 10 data should be inspected and recorded as required. Other marked dimensions without * shall be checked for compliance, and those that pass the inspection shall not be recorded, and those that fail the inspection shall be recorded.
